We deliver goods within Latvia and to countries within the European Union.
If you wish to request delivery outside the European Union, please contact us before placing an order.

Shipping costs are as follows:

Latvia: 49 EUR

European Union countries: 49 EUR
Free shipping is available for orders with a total value exceeding 750 EUR.
If the total order amount is more than 750 EUR, delivery within Latvia and across the European Union is free of charge.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before completing the purchase.

Processing Time
Orders are processed after successful receipt of payment.
Processing time is typically 1–5 business days unless otherwise specified for a particular product.

Delivery Method
Orders are delivered by courier or logistics partners selected by UKRYTE DUSZE.
The customer will receive confirmation once the order has been dispatched.

Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details provided by the customer or failure to collect the shipment, additional shipping costs may apply for re-delivery.

Risk and Ownership
Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
Ownership of the goods transfers to the customer once full payment has been received.
